Thank you for getting back to me.No there won't be any issues and you don't need to update them .
Thank you for your reply. In my case, my family name is "Saniv Kumar" and given name is blank in my passport. But WP shows my given name "Sanjiv Kumar" in addition to the family name, which was not the case in my previous WP.@sadmoko what have you mentioned in the document like IMM0008, 5404, IMM0008_4e (Schedule 4), IMM5669 (Schedule A)?
As per IRCC rule if you don't have a family name and its the same in your travel documents (passport) then your given name and family name is the same. I have the same issue to so lets say if name is "Sanjiv Kumar" and family name is blank then IRCC assumes full name as "Sanjiv Kumar Sanjiv Kumar" and the same way you have to write in your documents as well.

Miss Bee, please confirm that I’m interpreting this correctly.Thank you for getting back to me.
If I understood correctly, I don't need to apply for an amendment. It won't affect my PR application. Am I right? Thank you once again.
Yes you don't need to apply for correction or anything. It won't impact anything now or in your future applications.Miss Bee, please confirm that I’m interpreting this correctly.
It’s very clear that you’ve been diligent and proactive at every stage, and your concern is completely valid—immigration processes, especially when they involve status complications, can be incredibly stressful. Based on your timeline, your non-Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) application under SINP seems to be progressing steadily. Receiving your Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) in October and then the Pre-Arrival Letter (PAL) in February indicates that your application passed the initial eligibility assessment and moved to the background and admissibility checks, which is a positive sign. The recent document request from IRCC in mid-June suggests your file is actively being reviewed and may be approaching the final stages, as such requests typically occur when a file is under serious consideration for finalization.Dear @Miss bee,
I hope this message finds you well.
I've been following this page for quite a while now, and I've found your replies and postings to be incredibly helpful and informative. We all truly appreciate the invaluable assistance you provide by answering our questions.
I am writing to humbly ask for your help and guidance with a specific question I have regarding my immigration process.
Last year, in mid-June, I submitted my non-Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) application with SINP. I received my Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) at the end of October, and my case processing office is in Winnipeg. Following the AOR, I received my (PAL) in mid-February.
During this period, specifically in mid-September, I also applied for a work permit extension, supported by an SINP letter. Unfortunately, this initial application was denied in the first week of April, as it was missing the Offer of Employment number and the employer compliance fee. Following this, I promptly resubmitted all the necessary documents, including the restoration fee, the Offer of Employment number, and the employer compliance fee. Due to the refusal of my previous work permit, I am currently out of status, although my Permanent Residence (PR) application remains in process.
More recently, in mid-June of this year, I received a request for additional documents from IRCC for my PR application. These requested documents included IMM5669, IMM5406, IMM5562, employment records, proof of funds, and income proof. I have since submitted all these documents. I do want to mention that I don't have pay stubs for the last two months, but I did provide a new job letter from my employer. Additionally, I submitted a detailed explanation letter outlining my situation regarding the work permit. I was relieved to receive an email last Friday confirming that my documents had been received.
Naturally, I'm feeling quite anxious about what might happen next. I was hoping you might be able to offer some insight into what I should expect. Furthermore, I would be very grateful if you could share whether you have heard of similar cases that had a positive outcome.
Thank you very much, @Miss bee, for any help or advice you can provide by replying to my query. Your assistance is deeply valued.
Sincerely,
Nav
