Does the degree of transcript mentions that the medium of instruction was english?

The transcript is in English. We have a letter from her university confirming that her medium of education was English, yes.

My wife got a Request for Supplementary Evidence email from IRCC today. They are asking for 2 things -
1. Valid piece of Canadian Govt issued Photo ID
2. Accepted Language Evidence

We made the mistake of uploading a letter from her Uni stating that she completed her degree in English. We should have uploaded a copy of her transcript and degree certificate.

Will do so now.

ON the bright side - I am glad they are working on our file

Update - Wife responded to the IRCC email with the requested documents (Degree Certificate + Transcripts + Valid Govt PHoto ID.


Have a ghost update on the file today - June 12, 2025. Hoping to get LPP complete notification soon.

are you all using citizenship application tracker? Because for me I did my test on June 9th it still says "waiting for you" nothing got updated.
Everything (Language Skills, Physical Presence, Citizenship test, Background Verification and Prohibitions) are in Progress.

I am not able to see if there were any ghost updates or not.

I've been using the tracker ever since I was able to sign up for it. Test completion takes awhile. Some test gets updated a day after and some are waiting for 3 months. It will get updated but its hard to tell when.

Seems a lot of people got fingerprints request. So did my wife. While my BG was completed, hers is still in progress likely because of that fingerprints request. She is due to do them today. Does anyone know if this normally delays the overall process?

After fps usually it takes upto 6 weeks but don’t know this time what they are up to, as they have send many fps requests.

read the discover canada book at least twice, use the richmond public library citizenship practice test & the toronto public library practice test. You'll be overprepared with these three resources.

Use the Discover Canada electronic or printed version (you can get it for free but shipping takes time) and test yourself using the CanCitizenship.app. The app offers 7 days trial which is enough to get yourself prepared.

Language and Prohibitions show In Progress

Hoping to have this done soon. Once they are all complete, what is the wait time before you get the Oath Ceremony request? I am asking average days.

Got a ghost update yesterday (June 12th) then today my "Language" was updated to 'Completed'.

Physical Presence + Prohibitions remain at 'In Progress'

Nice! Was it all three (LPP) that changed to Completed? I just had my Language updated to complete today while the 'PP' remains "In Progress"

Hi team ,

I need some help . I received below mail from IRCC .

"Good morning,
Your application is being processed for Canadian citizenship and the following information is required:
Entry/Exit Record of Movement from the USA – Between 2020-MAR-08 to 2025-MAR-08.
Once received, please attach it to this email and send it to us."

I replied to the mail with the attachments with all the information that I had . Attachments were in total of 10 Mb .

Next day again i got the similar mail with slightly different wordings.

"Good morning,
Your application for Canadian Citizenship was reviewed and additional information is required.
We are requesting Entry/Exit record of movement from the USA between 2020-Mar-08 to 2025-Mar-08.
Once received please reply to this email and attach it."


I am not sure what to do now . That is all the information I had and the next mail is not clear .
