I really don’t understand anymore.

Hello everyone, I don’t know if anyone can help because I am quite worried. My Hccp application (paper based)was received by IRcc on the 7th of January 2022. Up until now I have received no update whatsoever, what is making me more worried is that people on the hccp telegram group who submitted on the 11th and 8th have gotten PAOR and biometric. Pls is this normal.

Biometric on 27th July, 2022
Medical on 16th August, 2023.
Country Pakistan
ADR on 9th January 2024 6
three dependents, two are under 18 and one turned to 18 on last 25th December
Non-accompanying spouse but part of application.
Can somone comment about the status of my applicatiin or some analogical timeline????
