Did they respond letting you know? I just received a notification that the request was forwarded to the responsible office.. I’m guessing the request for fingerprints and background moving back to in progress could be triggered by the separation, will call IRCC to check- zack87

Hi all, contacted the MP office to request them to follow up as I’ve had no movement on my wife’s background for quite a while. Was told they contacted IRCC and my wife’s application is still in progress for security. They also mentioned that the file is marked as non-routine (NR). Anyone know...- zack87

I also got ghost update for the wife on July 4th, no change since then. She gave fingerprints in early May, background still not completed. My application shows BG completed already.- zack87

I am exactly the same. Completed biometrics, but no update on the tracker. Last updated 02-May; one day after the fingerprints request. The tracker is not always up to date. How did you find out the processing centre, did you contact IRCC?- zack87
