Did anyone with a group (family) application request the stuck applicant to be split out? Any feedback on that and how long to expect this to take?- zack87

Hi all, contacted the MP office to request them to follow up as I’ve had no movement on my wife’s background for quite a while. Was told they contacted IRCC and my wife’s application is still in progress for security. They also mentioned that the file is marked as non-routine (NR). Anyone know...- zack87

Pretty much the same, my wife got GU in July and September and BG still not completed. I got BG completed in June and nothing since then.- zack87

I also got ghost update for the wife on July 4th, no change since then. She gave fingerprints in early May, background still not completed. My application shows BG completed already.- zack87

I am exactly the same. Completed biometrics, but no update on the tracker. Last updated 02-May; one day after the fingerprints request. The tracker is not always up to date. How did you find out the processing centre, did you contact IRCC?- zack87
