    January 2026 Supervisa Application

Hi, I would like to start a thread for January 2026 Supervisa application. We applied Supervisa for my parents yesterday (January 9th) with my father as primary applicant. We paid the fees for biometrics for both along with application fees (total $370). They received an update on the portal...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

So, in IRCC portal, under the "Proof of Income" section, do I only need to attach the 2024 NOAs (mine and my wife's)? Nothing else is needed I assume since my work is not in Canada?

    Marriage Affidavit for Parents Supervisa

Thanks for the comment. I wonder if they generally send an email asking for new affidavits (in case they need new one) or do they simply reject the whole application?

    Marriage Affidavit for Parents Supervisa

Hi We are in the process of applying supervisa for my parents and got a question on parents marriage certificate. 1- They only have a marriage affidavit that was prepared at the time of their canadian visitor visa application 6 years ago. Can they still upload that same marriage affidavit from 6...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

Yes. If my wife and I combine our 2024 NOAs, income is just over $84k (which is over minimum LICO for family of 5). So that is good. $84k represents earnings for only a six‑month period. When annualized, my income exceeds $100,000, which I intended to present to ensure there is no ambiguity...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

Regarding the income, I am actually planning to mention below in letter of invitation to clarify why 2024 NOA shows little income (even though combined income in NOA 2024 is over the minimum required). "I am employed by ABC Company in Detroit, MI, USA, and earn an annual salary of $100,000. I...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

Here is another caveat! My individual NOAs for 2022 and 2023 report annual incomes exceeding $120,000 each. The 2024 individual NOA, however, shows an income of just under $50,000. This reduction was due to a special six-month assignment requiring residence in the US, resulting in only a partial...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

Yeah that’s what I was afraid of. I see some people here in Windsor, doing similar daily commutes to Detroit for work, getting supervisas for parents. Hopefully this should go smooth.

    Supervisa - Proof of Relationship

Hi- Parents are applying for Supervisa and I have a question on Proof of relationship document (for parent-child). I have Canadian Passport (as usual- doesn't have father name mentioned) and do not have OCI yet. My birth certificate is not in English and not sure if I even have one. Which...

    Supervisa - Proof of Income

Hi- My parents will be applying for Supervisa in next few weeks. I am Canadian citizen and working in US on H1B (regular travel between Detroit, MI and Windsor, ON). For proof of income, I can attach most recent CRA Notice of Assessment, W2 from US employer and last 4 paystubs from US...

    Past Travel History- Supervisa

Also, I see below note in the Travel History. "If you travelled to a country several times in a month, add only 1 entry in the table." does this specifically mean we only need to add one entry if there is multiple day trip-visit to US from Canada in one month?

    Past Travel History- Supervisa

So, I am able to see their entry and exits from US on CBP portal. And it should match with CBSA's travel history. (I do not want to get into hurdle of ordering entries from CBSA). I am thinking to just use those (from CBP portal) and add all the entries in Travel History.
