Do you check your Spam daily? Because Spam folder deletes the messages automatically after 30 days.
Its not true. Very few late 2020’s and early 2021’s have the eligibility status as not started. Mine is late 2020 and my eligibility passed in Feb 2021 itself. Also, GCMS takes 30 day in most cases. I have ordered 4 times and all came under 30 days. Now ordered 5th one. You should give it a try.

They have only submitted for my youngest child, 5 of us still outstanding. The lady nonchalantly told me they submit results within 3 weeks so I should be patient.

I tried calling them yesterday but the line said all our agents are busy and call got disconnected automatically.
