VO is Mississauga. We sent email to ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca , the virtual landing team and we got reply yesterday but no ECOPR yet

Mine is in Ottawa. However, the email you sent to is the Virtual landing team in Calgary, is it right? I sent the same email and they replied to me:
"Thank you for your email inquiry.
Your application is still in process.
The appropriate office will contact you by email when your application is complete with the information required and the appropriate email address to contact.
Further inquiries will not be responded to.
Thank you,
Calgary IRCC Landing Office"
I just don't know what to do next.
Similar situation here. I've waiting for my portal credentials more than 2 months. Multiple follow ups to the "centralized office, virtual landing unit" and never heard back from them. I emailed Calgary office and they replied with exactly the same message you posted.
Wow. 2 months are really the long wait. So did you reply to the first/approval email? It should not be that long.
Did you change your address, add your dependants, during the processing time?
No. No changes in my application. I replied to the original email and to the multiple "reminders" I got afterwards.
Oh wow. It is weird. You should try to call and explain IRCC your situation.

I emailed them also, but they just told me to wait. Many people got the same replies from them as I got.
Yes it is very strange that they are giving different response to different applications. It is so frustrating to keep waiting
Sent a webform and haven't heard from them yet. Also trying to call a few times per day with no luck. Really frustrating, I wish they were more transparent informing the status of the applications. Being able to talk to a human would also be amazing.
yes it is. We emailed the same department and received different responses. They sound to be not consistent at all.
