Wrong address and email id on re-medical letter

hi

For family class outland, I got a remedical letter but the residency address and email address on it is of the sponsor.

I raised a couple of web forms mentioning that to IRCC and requested an updated remedical letter, but no response.

What should I do?

No.. sponsor is not representative. This got messed up when I sent a web form request to get my sponsor’s new address updated…. Ircc updated both of ours addresses, which was not the case.
It’s my address on the first medical letter which is right..

not expert on this, but don't think it's a big problem (and it is very possible) that you don't hear back from IRCC in 30 days. You can use the letter as long as IME #, UCI etc are provided and correct. doctors use emedical and don't care about address and contacts. my family has canadian address on the form and did medical in home country. no questions asked.
meanwhile keep reaching out to IRCC to fix it. Wrong address will be a problem when the time comes for passport request.
