I received my eCoPR on 21st January, and immediately noticed that my passport number mentioned on the document was incorrect (just by one number). In the email they sent to notify me that my eCoPR was ready to download, they said to email back immediately if I found any mistakes. I emailed and they replied the same day giving instructions on how to amend it. I sent the documents they requested through Canada post the next day. I got my PR card on 14th February.

Hi

I’m waiting for my parents Ecopr since 2 february. They are visiting Canada and have to go back next month to their country.
Can they travel without Ecopr? Or do they have to wait in Canada.

Thanks for your advises.

ok thank you! Did they fix your eCOPR?

I think your case was more serious as it was your passport number whereas mine is just the date of entry

I am having same issue. I uploaded my picture on 1st feb and before yesteI was able yo check my documents. Those were under review. Now when I am opening account, it is asking to make new application. I called IRCC and agent told me they are reaccessing my account and they will send new credentials now. Don't know what to do.

Did you try replyig them back in the same email in which you get the credentials?

I sent it through Canada Post Priority mail, so I know they received it on 27th January. But no, haven't got any response from them after that.

Yeah, I was bummed to see the wrong passport number after waiting so long for this. But, seems they will just send an amendment letter which needs to be kept attached to the eCoPR and store it safely till Citizenship time :) It doesn't affect my travels so should be ok.
