So everything on tracker has changed to complete except for ceremony does this mean they have accepted my ID and test results?
Yes, this indicates that you are at the "Decision Made" stage. Now it's a wait for the oath invite.

25th of November all sections in the tracker got status Completed, except Citizenship Ceremony, which is not started.
Of course, it has been updated now!!! Hope you will hear from them soon

I have applied my paper file in April 2021 and in the month of June 2021 i got the AOR. On Sept 20 i got the notification of BG completed, however since then i don't see any update. I have seen the tracker and people have received their test invitations as well who applied even in May of 2021 with paper application.
