TR to PR pathway IG

Hello guys,
I am in problem right now. On jan 20,2022 I received portal confirmation form ircc stating approval of my PR. On 21st jan 2022 i uploaded photo mailing address and all. After two weeks on feb 3 ircc said they sent me the portal by mistake and the file is still in review, did the same thing happened with anyone? That hurted me a lot and I am so stressed right now, i left my job and made plans to travel my country and now i am stuck, any help will be appreciated, please.
