You should retake IELTS and increase your score. Try to max it out.

Ok.Got it...There is no expected time. It doesn't work that way in your case.
If you were already working in Canada, had a job offer in Canada in a specific province, and had much higher points - then it might be possible to guess how soon you could expect EOI from a province.
But in your case that's not possible. There's quite a high chance you will never get EOI with the profile you have now.

To have an Express Entry profile, you need IELTs, ECAs and show funds for settlement for number of people in your family. I have taken ielts and also have my eca report in hand... Plus enough fund is there in bank a/c as wellOk...got it...i have 68points
