So your WES is equivalent to a PhD and you have CLB 7 in all areas. Trying to make sure your consultant isn’t lying to you about eligibility.

Maybe Saskatchewan. Check if you meet their minimum score (have their own points system) to be eligible but then you need a high score and NOC to be selected.
I have been told that recently Alberta (pnp) has invited candidates with scorevas low as 300.
I hv v less knowledge about canada immigration. I am relying on my consultant co. as it is one of the top firms with 100% success rate. Rest God knows how true it is.

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Master's degree
IELTS R:6.5 W:6 S:7 L:7.5
I only get 66 points. Do you have a spouse with IELTs? Did you calculate it on your own (takes one minute) or rely on consultant.

So that means you can only claim points for having a master's, not a PhD.

You should retake IELTS and increase your score. Try to max it out.
Sorry to bother You but just one last question... What is approx time expected to get EOI from any province?

There is no expected time. It doesn't work that way in your case.

If you were already working in Canada, had a job offer in Canada in a specific province, and had much higher points - then it might be possible to guess how soon you could expect EOI from a province.

But in your case that's not possible. There's quite a high chance you will never get EOI with the profile you have now.

Oh...i can't afford to retake oelts as its fee is too high

How will you afford your settlement in Canada in that case? You need to have substantial funds saved up to pay for your settlement in Canada.

Ok.Got it...
I hv one confusion here... How come people got invitation with 300 score...
It is there in cic news as well

That post is from 2 years ago. Again Alberta selects people with the NOCs that meet their immigration demands. Don’t know if your NOC was selected at that time. To have an Express Entry profile, you need IELTs, ECAs and show funds for settlement for number of people in your family. Do you even have a profile since you may not meet eligibility points of 67?

Ok...got it...i have 68points

I have taken ielts and also have my eca report in hand... Plus enough fund is there in bank a/c as well
So if you have $13,000 plus in the bank then why can’t you afford to take IELTs? So you have a spouse then to get the 68+ points.
