Yes!! I was having anxiety attack o_Oand low tolerance to wait so I sent them 2 emails, 1 week of difference between them asking politely if there is anything missing on my end. I also put gcms notes last week, but i am sure I won't get it!:D
I also emailed IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca additionally. Try if that works. I'm not sure if emailing them really worked but, we can still try and give a shot.

Hello Everyone,
I have received the PR confirmation portal email from Etobicoke on Jan 13th 2022. I responded them back with the required information on 13th itself within an hour. I have not yet received the portal login credentials email yet. I have seen many people get the login credential email within a day. Wanted to know how long it can take to get the login credentials.
Do you think it will be an issue if I respond back to the email with the required information again?
My PGWP is expiring on Feb 13th 2022. So I am confused whether to wait for login credentials or ECOPR or apply for the bridging work permit extension.
My timeline: CEC Inland, single applicant
VO : Etobicoke
AOR: 28th November 2020
Medical Cleared : Jan 8th 2021.
ADR : RCMP Jan 8th 2021
Medical expired : Nov 5th 2021
Medical Extended : Dec 21st 2021
Portal Email : Jan 13th 2022.
Waiting for portal login credentials
Any suggestion is helpful

Hi all,

I received the portal e-mail on Dec 28th. At the time I was not in Canada so I replied telling them I was not currently in Canada and my expected date of return. Since then I have gotten about 5 reminder e-mails.

Now I'm back in Canada so I replied today to the latest reminder e-mail (received on Jan 4th) with my updated date of entry and location. Should I be doing anything else to notify them that I am back?

I think you are good for now. Nothing else need to be done at this time.

Ok. Are the reminder emails automatic? My friend didn't get them (he was in Canada). He got the portal e-mail around same time as me and has gotten eCOPR by now
I know there was a glitch in the system, hope its sorted now. I got one reminder and after submitting my declaration it stopped.
I submitted my declaration on the 6th of Jan and still waiting for my eCopr. Not sure how they process this. Did you get an email from the Virtual Landing Unit?
