well NDVO is barely working. As for VV on the new portal, this is a standard response that if Applicant is in India, then processing office is NDVO. But whoever got decisions are all getting it from Ottawa. So this is just weird. It is highly likely that your application is in Ottawa.

Hey, how did you manage to get that as a response. I always get auto generated response. Please let me know what did you do. They have not even started review or anything on my file

Hi guys,

I as a permanent resident and applied under family reunification on behalf of my parents. I submittted application on Dec 09, 2021 on new portal and got the acknowledgment letters immediately. The letters contain the application numbers and the table which I have pasted below got updated just after the submission. But later on when I signed in, I can't see the application no. Next day, I got an email that I received a message in my account for biometrics instruction letter. But I am unable to check the status and messages. Any one faced similar issue ?

Did anyone from October get a reply? I applied for my parents on Oct 20 and got biometrics done on Nov 23. No update since then.
