Hello there,
All stages in my GCMS notes are passed (Eligibility, Security, Criminality, info sharing, medicals are extended) & in the notes in last pages its says ready for visa. I guess people are assuming this since PNP applicants with same timeline are receiving PPR and FSWs are not.
Did you got COPR ? and can you plse tell me where does my application stands. Below is the Assessment i received through GCMS nots

Eligibility : Passed
Security :
HIRV :
Criminality : Passed
Org Crime :
Medical : Passed
Info Sharing : Complete
Misrepresentation :
Others Reqs :
Final : Approved

Hi, everyone!
Another interesting observation.

A short backstory:
I have a strange habit of making printscreens of those messages I meet on this forum, facebook, reddit and twitter, which contain any info about someone who got a PPR recently. Then I save all these printscreens in a separate folder with a hope that one day I could compare the real IRCC statistics and my printscreens for some regularity to be found out.

So, here's what I found for October and what I think about November:
As we know from this article, there were 586 FSW COPRs sent in October.
According to my screenshots, I counted 68 posts about FSW applicants who had gotten COPRs.

So, here's a table:
Month
COPRs sent to FSW
Screenshots
October, 2021
586
68
November, 2021
???
198

The idea behind this short story is that I assume that this forum + Ask Kubeir facebook page + immitracker = around 10% of those applicants.
Theoretically, we could extrapolate this ratio on the whole number of people in the backlog. So, every message with a COPR published here and there could mean 9 more "silent" or "hidden" applicants who also got a golden mail this month but still remain unnoticed.

For November, I collected 198 screenshots for FSW, which, according to the aforementioned 1:10 ratio, could mean around 2,000 COPRs sent by IRCC to FSW applicants.

In conclusion:
I think we shouldn't expect almost a tenfold increment of COPRs under the November PPR Rain. The real number seems to be around 3 times higher than those we saw in October, I suppose. As a logical but sad result, with this "speed" of 2k per Month, it would probably take up to 25 months for the FSW backlog of about 50k ppl to be cleared. So, I see 2 options:
- The real number of COPRs in November is about 2,000 golden mails. IRCC will shift its officers responsible for CEC to FSW when the CEC backlog will be cleared (around Feb-Mar, 2022).
- I am wrong with my calculations and assumptions.

And I pray for the second option.

Thank you for your rational calculation.
However, I notice that the data provided here
https://open.canada.ca/data/en/dataset/52e4b14b-597a-4ecf-a184-23a6e69b0d57/resource/7b23c676-596a-4d4d-8375-e8ff38ea1c66
Is slightly different from the article you mentioned from CICnews.
Maybe because of the round off?

“That article” seems to be a bullshit if you start comparing the numbers to the original source:

I haven't posted here in a while so thought I'd drop be to see how October is doing.

My info -
AOR: 22 Oct 2020 VO: Montreal 1st GU: 30 Sept 2021 2nd GU: 20 Oct 2021 PR Confirmation Portal and Credentials: 29 Oct 2021, submitted photo and address same day (this email was from Etobicoke office, I myself live in the GTA region).

I have not received my eCOPR yet.

I never looked further while I was waiting to receive the portal email. When I moved to the other groups I learned about the inefficiency IRCC is also continuing in sending out eCOPRs and PR cards. Most offices in other provinces are issuing both in the same week. Then there's us waiting at the Etobicoke office. There are some people waiting from April to receive their eCOPR. Some people received that in a few weeks but have been waiting weeks/months for the PR card.

It's insane. I thought my wait was over when I received the portal email but I was definitely not prepared for the next wait. Some have been waiting even longer than me. A lot of us have called IRCC, sent emails, web forms, contacted MPs but nothing has worked. The only thing the portal email did for me was letting me know I have passed everything, which is great, but nothing else has changed. Still waiting. Can't do anything till I at least receive the COPR.

Are there any CEC Inland applicants who are still waiting for COPR or is it only me? It's been more than 13 months now & the wait seems endless for now.

ITA: 16th September 2020
CRS score: 495
AOR: 30th October 2020
Primary VO: Edmonton
Medical Passed: 8th December 2020(Expired Now, No re-medical request yet)
Eligibility: Recommend - Passed
Criminality: In Progress
Info Sharing: In Progress
Requested to Add Spouse to the application: 5th July 2021
Spouse Added to the application 5th October 2021

Got a message from my local MP last week "IRCC told me that your eligibility, medical, and security have all passed, your criminality is in progress. IRCC told me that there have been no new updates on the application since your spouse was added in October. There is nothing outstanding at this time. Because of Covid-19 related delays, IRCC is unable to provide me with a timeframe for when your application will be completed."
Finally some movement in the application. Review of Medical results changed to: "December 13, 2021, You passed the medical exam."
So, basically, they've finally extended my medicals after 45 days which expired on October 28, 2021.
