Good day everyone.
we applied on Nov. 19 and got refused on December 1 because of this reason ( pic below ). we are planning to reapply on New portal again. I want to know your thoughts regarding the reasons below and what did you submit.
1. I got the land title, under my name ( deed of sale )
2. I am an unemployed, graduating student
3. only Domestic travel ( PH ) no record of international travel
4. idk what this means or what to submit about that reasons.
purpose of visit: visit my wife ( PR ) , celebrate a birthday, and holidays. etc. under immediate family
your ideas and opinions are highly appreciated. Thank you

You have minimal ties to the Philippines and stronger ties to Canada. Has your wife started the sponsorship process? When did you get married? Having longterm employment would give you the best chance of approval. How much savings were you able to show?

we havent applied for spousal yet because if we got approved of VV then we apply inland. Are the land title and school enrollment not enough for home ties? married august.

No because you’ve just been married and you applied for a TRV soon after. It is pretty clear that your goal is to come to Canada and apply for inland spousal sponsorship. Land title provides minimal ties and you are graduating so that also provides minimal ties.

one more thing.
if we apply for outland spousal sponsorship and we got AOR, is it accepted/allowed to apply to visit visa? or it will be just the same that I will be denied?
the only option is to wait for Spousal sponsorship?
