Thanks for the information! It's definitely more reassuring to read this. However, I've heard of rare occasions where they ask for the RCMP background check. Hope it's not the case for me! I'm hopeful for an eCoPR before Christmas.

Takes too long to open just one document. I have uploaded my CV almost a month ago...
Am sure outlanders will not hear back from IRCC this year. seemingly 2021 was all about inland applications…
However I would expect many outland applications to be finalized in Jan and Feb as part of 2022 quota, especially late 2018 and all 2019 applicants.

It would be better if they say for example outland applicants not prioritize till one year or clear policy about us , not ignore us, some of us waiting more than two years without any comments and knowing nothing about the future ,one day Covid , one day Afghanistan and you know they have 1.8 millions document backlogs ,and about 25,000 QSW .
I totally agree with you they should have been transparent enough with us, outlanders. I have got to know that there was an internal memo between CBSA and IRCC to pause finalizing outland applications temporarily due the travel restrictions back in March 2021 for 90 days. I am not sure if this memo is genuine, but it seems it is as outland applications were not really being processed in 2021, and am not sure if they got it extended or something. I have been checking some reviews of many certified immigration consultants and most of them were saying that IRCC were not fair enough with outlanders and they are confident that Q1 2022 will be purely for processing outland applications especially late 2018 and 2019 applicants.

I need one suggestion I am out an applicant before I lived in Canada for five years but due to bill 9 csq application got cancelled and my work permit expired I need to leave Canada to start my immigration all over again, now my application is in London Visa Office, I am thinking to go to Canada on visit visa I am in Dubai now doing job in my field.

This is a sad reality that when they put you in the never ending background check either based on your origin, name or whatever, because not all of the agents are the same and there could be biased ones, then they forget about your application. I hope we’ll receive our eCoPRs before holidays otherwise I’m afraid we’ll be like those forgotten applicants of 2019 in 2022.

Whoever received an ADR should submit GCMS notes request a month at most after submission, I think. That way, we may gain more visibility on what's going on.
I received my CoPR. I wish everyone waiting for their turn, all the very best and hope everyone gets it without further delay.
