6 years. What I talk is all backed up and if one's not happy about what I say about Canada then they'll be quite upset once/if they land. I said IRCC extended the online study period for PGWP to Aug 2022, that should tell you something. I speak data and outland retards here talk shit without having even seen Canada. I haven't been to Canada but my brother is there so a lot of what is said here is true. For example the housing in Canada particularly Vancouver is insane. My brother agrees - he was in Los Angeles and the Vancouver market is even more expensive! I see people (Indian subcontinent) being counselled on Youtube to take education courses in Nova Scotia or Yukon without being even told about the kind of weather they might face just because of the easy entry requirements and low costs. A reality check on Canada isn't such a bad thing.

A reality check is not bad what you said is right. Canada is obviously not a paradise we all know that ,there is no question about it, the way they treated us was garbage. But here is it where it gets tricky

What options do you have I assume you are a middle level engineer (Cs /IT doesn't matter) who is from a normal middle class background

Middle east -you won't get a passport you are still stuck with india for rest of your life

EU it is not that easy as some says here ,one thing language it is not that easy as people think.I have friends there

Us -You are never going to get a GC in US as you are an Indian


Australia/NZ-It is almost impossible to migrate there

Now who is left Canada

What ever people say ,it is the only country where skilled guys can migrate without a job offer and you get a passport, problems are there housing crisis,shitty jobs,fucked up IRCC, you said about nova Scotia and its climate agreed but you have to understand 250 years ago US was a forest in the middle of nowhere ,It is not about what they can do for you it goes other way round also.

In one word unless you don't belong to the category I mentioned you don't have a choice, when you don't have a choice try to make the best out of what you have .My only problem is the entry to Canada and there liberal fucktards ,I am cool with facing the rest.

Not having an option is one thing and my heart goes out to all who's in that situation; but giving someone shit for speaking the truth is something else. "Boo hoo don't say that about Canada because that's my only option" makes whoever said that a total whiny bitch.

The next two weeks will show what 2022 will be like for us but I don't like the PGWP online study move. The schools officially turned back to in-person/hybrid, now if PGWP is not void upon studying online until Aug 2022, what's gonna happen? Will the classes move to hybrid? Online? That screams locksdowns, restrictions, and inland-only. Also JT said he wants to "say more" soon; which literally implies he's just waiting for enough bad news so he can close the country down again -> inland-only. He might be disappointed if there aren't enough bad news but why order the PGWP thing then? It'll be kinda awkward having some students online, some in-person after calling them back on campus first then changing their minds.
