Hi All, I sent Passport Copies on 21th Sept. and I haven't received any reply. Is that a normal time for waiting? or there is a phone number, I should contact?

I had my test on July 17th and I sent pp copies in early Sep. No progress since. They don't reply to email inquiries.

October - 11%, November - 9%, December - 23%

Either:

1. People are not receiving any updates of their application OR
2. Volunteer Admins will be updating soon that's why even if some people had received the progression of their applications, they couldn't have a chance to update the spreadsheet.
3. I don't know what else

I believe people are not getting updates on applications like me . Last update was on April 23rd. and after that nothing . Tried couple of times though MP but so far no progress . IRCC has made this process pretty stressful . At least they can give us clear timeline .

Mental health industry will benefit from 300k new clients from IRCC every year. I don't know how you guys are holding, but personally I never had issues with my anxiety and depression until I applied for citizenship. Lack of IRCC transparency contributed the most.

Can you all please advise, I passed the test but didn't get confirmation email ?? What should I do ? I am worried so asking.
