Same my husband inland recieved his pr card but me and children waiting for ppr its been 4months now since we made a remedical last july
Did you send follow up mails to VO on daily basis ? Did you raise multiple webforms ? you need to keep follow up with IRCC. I see many people in the same boat. specially with Etobicoke VO.

The agency of my husband said they will follow up...thank you i'll always send another letter to make sure they will always do

Yes. Once in a week, we can send a mail to same portal mail which received for details to create credentials and VO's email id.

Wow. Congrats. Can you share timeline and VO details ? Also how did you follow up with VO and IRCC ? Also any specific process being followed to get PPR ?
Actually my husband is inland and he is under pnp category we have a representative in processing his documents...today i just email the representative to follow up and they said to send again the equiry in ircc but after the send it ..they email again me that ppr is already recieve so they said i will email you shortly...thats it ill update you if ive finish process my ppr next week...you should wait the ppr request letter that is the most important .
