Biometric submitted 11-Aug, For Co-applicant it shows "Biometric Completed". For Primary applicant it shows biometric ID, date and expiry, but under the status it says "please submit biometric, per request letter". This is the status since 11-Aug-21. No update ever since! I thought this might be a glitch was the case with my PR appl and my in-laws visitor visa appl. Thoughts or relevant experiences?

the same happened in my mother's super visa app too. Father (primary applicant)'s biometrics details were all available as soon as he finished biometrics. But mother's biometric showed: Completed in the status. But at the other places, it was written: we need your biometrics. After almost 20 days, mother's biometrics showed all completed with date, time and number.

Application date: Oct 2nd
Biometrics request : oct 3rd and 5th
Biometrics Completed: Oct 6th and 8th
Biometrics updated online the same day
Medicals request for both: November 10th

Hi Everyone, I applied for my mother's supervisa and here are the timeline and the status.

Confirmation of Online Application Transmission - November 7, 2021
Submission Confirmation - November 7, 2021
Biometrics Collection Letter - November 8, 2021

Review of eligibility
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
Review of medical results
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents
We do not need additional documents.
Interview
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics
We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.

We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision

She never applied for Canada visa and never did a medical exam. She is going to visit Europe from end of Nov to end of Feb-2022. Visit to Canada is planned on May 1st but it is ok if that delayed.
I would appreciate if you can answer this questions
1. What she can expect to be required for supervisa processing while she is out of home country?
2. Is it better to do upfront medical? (if there is a chance of refusal of visa before even medical request, I would prefer not to do medical upfront, because of its cost, and chance of refusal of visa)
3. If she doesn't do medical now, and if she get requested for it while she is in Europe, would that be a problem if she do it when she returns home (may be 90 days late from request date)? Same question for any other requests, like police certificate.

Thank you, Sure here is the time line, my mother in law lives in Palestine. So not sure which visa office processed her application, it could be Amman/Jordan. Any way the processing time as it's showing in the website is 135 days.
Super visa application submitted: August 26th 2021
Medical exam request: September 28th 2021
Medical exam submitted: October 5th 2021
Medical exam passed: October 12th 2021
Bvl and ppr: November 4th 2021

Her biometric were valid from 2 years ago.
As her daughter applied for her 2 years ago and got refused.

I have never heard.If not done what they reviewing. My case my fathers medical is updated , they did on 30Sep2021, my mothers till now no update. Wondering how they did not pick up. Applications are together, medicals were done together.. Crazy dont understand how they process..

Reapplied on new IRCC portal with old medical: October 23, 2021
November 5, 2021: Received correspondence on whether she wants to travel before her medical expiry date. Replied yes.

I only showed my funds, NOA, payslips and employment letter for income. No other documentation from mother except the basics and a purpose of travel letter mentioning family ties at home.

The gckey application was withdrawn automatically.
