With the number of PPRs I have seen, looks like the drizzle began at Ottawa VO on 5th Nov. Fingers crossed.

The statistic released by IRCC makes alot of sense after reading all recent PPRs. It showed an average processing time of 15 months for PNP-Os and 21 months for FSW-Os in 2021.
