PR Card Timeline (Through Online Portal after ECOPR)

I just got the second GU and approval. Below is my timeline.
VO - Etobicoke (Online photo submission)
August 10 - Portal Credentials
August 19 - eCOPR
October 17 - First GU
October 25 - Second GU (Approved & Mailed)
Pending - PR Card Received
No emails for any of the updates.
PR Portal - Status: Address Accepted, Photo in Review.
GCKey - Permanent Residency Status: Submitted, Permanent Residency Card: Approved
VO - Etobicoke (Online photo submission)
August 10 - Portal Credentials
August 19 - eCOPR
October 17 - First GU
October 25 - Second GU (Approved & Mailed)
Pending - PR Card Received

Yesterday I got approval for my PR Card and it says is on the way 
. Here is my timeline:
First Confirmation: Fri, Aug 20th
Portal Credentials: Tue, Aug 24th (Address and Picture uploaded on the same day)
eCoPR: Wed, Sept 1st (My Spouse and I got it on the same day)
Spouse PR Card Approved and sent via mail: Thu, Oct 7th
Spouse PR Card Received: Monday, Oct 11th
My PR Card was Approved and sent via mail: Mon, Otc 25th
NOTE: Our pictures are still "under review" in the web portal, even though my spouse already received her PR Card and in GCKey it says my PR Card was approved and already sent via mail. I would pay attention to both the portal and GCKey

Did you or your wife received email notification for the GCKey update for PR Card approved and mailed?

,We linked the PR application to GCKey after my wife received her PR. We did not know it was possible. But the status on GCKey still appears as "PR Card was sent, Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.". For me, I received an email about status change on the 25th (the day it was approved) but the email did not said the PR card was approved and mailed, only about that the status had changed

Congratulations! They sent PR card by ordinary Canada Post or by express post. Your card is processed by which Office?

I got my e-COPR on Sep 20 where my Address is approved but photo is still in review. My question is, how did you linked your PR application with GCKey?
I tried to link in GCKey under Permanent Residence card category and gave all the details but it says 'No application' is found with the details I gave.
NOTE - I have submitted all required details (photo/address) via online only in the confirmation Portal.
Put place of birth same as your passport - like, city name, state name
