Hi. I also received the email address to send the PCC and additional documents back. I looked in MYCIC as well to see any option available to upload but I didn't find any. Just wondering if there is always this option to upload the documents on mycic, or is it the same thing as sending by email.

For passport submission, we are trying to book an appointment from Calgary for the VFS office in Mumbai, India, but I am not getting any available dates. At first I thought there are no available dates, but when I checked a few months in 2022 but didn't show any available dates which is kind of odd. Is there a time when the website offers appointment booking? Also do you know what category to select if you are submitting passport of one time entry for processing your PR?

My case is in Mississauga, after a week from the request for additional documents came in MYCIC had the option to upload documents.

you should check the upload documents section of GCKey

thanks, I checked that and there is no option to upload. It says “we do not require any documents at this time”. We already got a passport request though. So confusing!

If you need to upload documents, you can do it by sending an email or using webform. Instructions are mentioned on the sponsorship approval letter.

So my father went to passport seva (India) for his appointment for PCC. We have the acknowledgement and we have to wait for the PCC letter at our home.
Anyone have any idea how much time does it take? My deadline from CIC is 12th Oct.

12 Oct? He missed the submission deadline?

I applied for my father’s PCC on Sep 29 and received by Oct 20th.

I believe you can submit acknowledgement letter as proof for PCC application and ask for 30 more days.

Yes, it was initially in Mississauga and then file transferred to London in, I think, July last year.

For NDVO, PGP files, we were asked for biometric. I don’t see any appointment available for next 2-3 months and given 30 day to complete it. What’s the experience these days ? Have we gotten appointment ASAP?

Hi all, can someone please share what happens at the port of entry? What kind of documents beyond COPR are required to show the officers? What kind of questions are asked? Can the representative (sponsor/child) of parents be there to facilitate translation for non-English speaking parents? Thank you in advance.
