@Khejjy why don’t you try to send them email stating your timeline and requesting for status of the application? They usually respond in 48 to 72 hours if you send email…
I have sent several emails, I only received automated response. Though I don't state my Timeline, I just ask to know the stage of my application.

are you corresponding with Niagara bro and DNNG or it’s just one of them, if you’ve communicated with both , try to send email to both and include your timeline , infact ensure you make your subject line include your timeline and include hcw application number on the subject ;

Eg : HCW H******* submitted on January 14 2021

Good day everyone,

l have been a silent reader, my timeline goes thus:

December 31st - Application sent

January 26th - Application returned (Reason: Application fees missing) even though it was there.

January 31st - Application was resent

February 3rd - Application Received

February 22nd - AOR

March 23rd - AIP

March 25th - Additional docs sent to Niagara

April 21st - Medical Updated on eCAS

July 2nd - I was asked to send Police Certificate of this country I use to live, I previously got the PC from the country embassy in Ottawa but wasn’t accepted. They wanted it directly from the Police headquarters of that country.

Today - Application changed from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE on eCAS

What next?
Good Afternoon @iamleye_ I noticed that your application status changed to Decision made on 27th of September , Did you receive your copy yet ? kindly share your timeline again please

@Samsonge @Khejjy Good morning guys. My App still in precess no AIP yet, submitted rest hours august 19th. Can u shear me with the emails to request for the update and what is DNNG?
Hello, the email is contained in the AIP letter, and reading you have not yet received AIP, am not sure may be the same emails treat first stage application. However I will wait for other members to contribute, may be you can email those addresses too. All the best.

@Samuel1122 As @Khejjy has rightly said , the email is usually printed on your AIP letter and I don’t think it’s appropriate to attempt to contact them via such email since you’re yet to get the AIP . I think you should be able to fill out the webform and request for the status of your application, but then I think it won’t be necessary to submit the webform if your application hasn’t exceeded the normal timeline .
For instance I submitted February 2nd and received Aip 6th of May , it took 4 months to receive Aip ,and my Neigbour got her entire application process completed and finished within 4 months .
I understand that the process isn’t as fast as it was before and the anxiety level is escalating by the day , but let’s remain positive and hopeful that everything will be completed soon by Gods grace …

I think it's important you inform IRCC that you have changed your Lawyer so they won't be sending your correspondence to your former lawyer

Send and email to him or her by stating you have decided to engage another Lawyer for your application.
In the email, tell him or her to forward all your documents in his or her possession to your new a lawyer.
Make sure details of your new Lawyer is in the email.
Name of new Lawyer.
Phone number.
Address.
Email.

Afterwards, your new Lawyer will email IRCC telling them he or she is the one representing you now.
