Hey, I just received a refusal from Warsaw office a moment ago. In my first application, I only received home ties and purpose of visit. I only cover these two in my new LOE after reading GCMS and now they have added the whole list along with the purpose visit. :|

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
Sorry about your refusal, hope you will not lose hope and motivation and will reapply.

It really feels bad while reading your message. What program did you apply?

It feels strange. I explained everything in detail in my first SOP along with the supporting documentation and VO only concerns in GCMS notes was that I haven't explained how this program is different from other programs and weak home ties.

In the new LOE, I explained my home ties along with property documents on my and my parent's name. Also, I further explained how this program will be helpful for me in different ways.

My only worry is this all-new set of refusal reasons which technically should not be there as I'm applying for the second time and providing LOE for VO concerns as per the first refusal. :(

If u on this forum since long time then u should know that after first refusal if u reapply u need to explain first refusal points plus any new comment which VO may point out in second application. I seen many cases on this forum people only explain first refusal points but forget that VO may comments on new things. In new application u need to explain first and second refusal comment. Also give me ur email I will send u complete package what to explain in LOE step by step. Don't worry third time apply don't lose hope

Hi, Yes, I'm on this forum for a long time and I have added every possible point in my first SOP to avoid rejection. explained home ties, property documents on my and my parent's name, my involvement in agri farms, tax paid by me on agri income, my CV, experience letters, current employer letter, salary slips, income tax paid on salary, complete tax return, the reason for low grades, why this course, comparison between other courses, benefits of this course back in Pakistan, opportunities back in Pakistan after completing this course, why this college, why Canada, explanation of stays outside of Pakistan along with visas and other information I can't remember now. After all of these, as per GCMS notes, I was refused only for family, financial, and professional ties back at home, how the proposed degree is different from others, and I'm not sure the applicant will not enrol in a DLI.

In the second application, along with the explanation, I provided a family certificate from NADRA, recent actual agreement of home and Agri farm transferred on my and my sibling's name from parent, 5000K Bank deposit on mothers name, bank statement, Bank confirmation letter and an affidavit that I can use these funds and a letter from employer stating I can join back with a possible promotion. Moreover, provided in detail why this program is different, why I will not stop going to DLI and why I will come back to Pakistan.

Khair looks like I've to rephrase the first SOP as VO didn't bother to look at the previous application status and SOP. I'll order GCMS now and see whats new in it. Thanks for your help I'm IB you my email.

Thanks again.

I have uploaded the required additional documents today. Hoping to hear the decision soon
Hi, A friend of mine applied for Post-Doc work permit and just got an additional document request. Can you please explain, if the Client information points ("Provide your complete education and employment history for the past ten (10) years without any gaps in dates.") need to be submitted written in a word document? or just filled into the IMM5257 (Application for a visitor visa) form?

Also, there is a column "Funds available for Stay" in the form, need to submit bank statement as proof now or just write amount there?

Also, Do you think it is needed to submit experience letters for the jobs being mentioned? Thank you so much for your help.

Here is the requirement in the additional document request:

This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. The following documents are required to
continue processing your application within 30 days of the date on this letter:
Client Information: Provide your complete education and employment history for the past ten (10)
years without any gaps in dates.
- If employed, provide the name of employer, position, period of employment (month and year) and
location (city and country). Include if you have held any government positions.
- If you were unemployed for some periods of time, write “Unemployed” for Activity/ Occupation
section and “N/A” for Company/ Employer section. You may complete the city/town and country
sections based on your residence at that time.
- If you were attending an educational institution, state the institution's name, program of study, dates
attended (month and year) and location (city and country).
This must be received at this office by: 2021/11/18.
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer
since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate.
- Provide a No Criminal Activity Certificate from China. This must be received at this office by:
2021/11/18.

Hi everyone,

My application is under process, which was submitted on sep 28th for jan 2022 intake. I have travelled to another country last week, which was a tourist visit. Just need your suggestion on whether I need to raise a webform regarding my travel.

I know this thread is not intended for this, but as I have seen many experts in this thread I’m posting it here.

Please leave your comments.
Thanks in advance.

For someone who has received a PPR,, the PPR states:
* Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada
* Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on your passport

However, the passport expires before the end of their expected length of stay, what is the solution?
