Hi group,

This will help:
Someone who has already met with their partner in Canada in the last few months.

What is the review process for those vaccinated upon arrival in Canada? Is the process long, tedious? Or does it just take a few minutes without so much complication with the officer?

What are those steps when arriving?

Thank you so much,
Do you mean for landing process or for someone already resident?

Thank you so much,
The process is the same for everybody entering in Canada.
1- Vaccinated with 2 shots of a Health canada recognized vaccines..... No quarantine needed, but a negative covid less than 72H is mandatory.
2- Unvaccinated OR vaccinated with a non recognized vaccine.... Quarantine +negative covid less than 72H+Quantine Plan+ArriveCan app. filed.

What is your Visa Office? Mexico? They were fast with your file. They don't even check and update my medical results+PCC since May 2021.

Thanks.

Hello, I am a Canadian sponsor applying for spousal sponsorship for my husband under family class from outside of Canada. We do not have any children or any dependents. I am only applying to sponsor him and plan to move back to Canada once he gets his PR.
We have completed all forms and are having confusion regarding IMM5406 and IMM5669. On the checklist, it says all family members age 18 or more must complete these forms individually. Does that mean the principal applicant's father, mother, and sister individually have to apply as a principal applicant for this?
Also, is there any problem if I have paid for the application and now due to these confusions delaying the submission? Will this affect my application in any way? Is there any time limit for when you must submit the application after paying for the application fee?
Any help is deeply appreciated.

No, the two forms you refer to are in respect of immediate family only, and for purposes of immigration and now that you are married, they are not immediately family. (At least that's how I look at it but any way, they do not fill out these forms)

Hello, thank you so much for your response.

Also, is there going to be any problem if I don't send in the application on the same week as the date I paid in? Is there a time limit by which I have to submit it through DHL after payment?

Don't think so but don't know. I wouldn't wait a year or anything.

You don't want to use the paper base actually which has its merits, it will take time getting there...lol and demerit, it can be lost on the way and when they return it because you failed to sign something can also take forever to reach you.....go with the online.....

You have to use that form for those you are sponsoring and are coming to Canada alone.....if you plan to bring 2, you will do two paper works but 1 person coming, you only use 1 principal!!

If i need to give an update regarding my (sponsor) employment status (new employment), should i just send the required documents through online webform?
Anyone got answer for this?
