it’s been this way for me, I have applied mid may, and I actually don’t need to do medical exam but how much longer can it take for my final decision to come? (non-sds)

It will take time.
SDS is getting delayed and involving so many weeks so Non-SDS will be more time consuming I guess but don't worry all the best.

By the way I saw that IRCC is processing applications of July 18th to July 24th. Is that really correct and true?
In that case, it will be very delayed processing for us.

On the other hand, I know that few of my friends have got there decisions who have applied in August and September as well. So why does it shows for July, is it stuck there due to system glitch or something?

If you read carefully on IRCC website, It says IN CANADA Application, SO, That processing time is only for students who applied inside Canada, So, don't worry about that timeline. As per my point of view, People who applied in June July and Till Mid August are getting results. Hope everyone get results soon..

It says we are reviewing but i don’t think it has started. It is saying that because I didn’t have to biometric cause I traveled on tourist visa and it is valid for 10 years
