NO. They specifically mention in the email which email address you should respond to!

Please check your email once again
I have checked that if we click the reply on the email we received, we get the same email that they have mentioned in the email.

If you and your family members (if applicable) are still interested in immigrating to Canada and you would like us to reopen and reassess your application, please reply to this email at IRCC.CoPR4-CRP4.IRCC@cic.gc.ca before October 8, 2021 and answer the questions using the response letter template below.__
This I received and based on it, my agents made me compose another email and made me send it to IRCC. I want to know what difference does it make, if I email them one more time replying to this email with the application no. In the subject line.

I don't think you have to. If you read the email carefully you'll see that one of the field is " Application number:"
If you put in the application number over there, it doesn't matter whether subject contains it or not.

Let's wait for others to chime in...

Okay,

But what about me replying to the same email or composing another one and sending it to the given email?

Please tell something about that as well

Thanks

Hi All,

I would like to know about the PR card renewal process. Can husband PR card be renewed on basis of spouse if she is living in Canada for 730 days and husband somehow not able to make the 730 days.

Also pls suggest if entry in Canada can be made near the PR expiration date then will the stay in Canada be considered legal even after the PR card expiration and what would be the prospects of PR card renewal in that case?

Please help and suggest. Thanks !!

I am a single applicant, so I removed all the phrases such as “and my family members”, “we”, “our” in my reply to IRCC. I guess it is quite straightforward for my case as there has been no change to my single status over the past years.
I did the same, even deleted the last point, this is just a template, you have to adjust it for your exact situation

No response for me after a month. I've seen some other members say they had their application status change in their online IRCC account and then they got a re-medical request. How long that takes after the "do you still wanna immigrate" email seems to vary a lot between people. Who knows what their magical formula for deciding to respond is.

Do you know how much time it was between "Do you still want to immigrate" email and status change and re-medical request for the people who did get the request?

Seems like it varied between a few weeks to months to get an application change. Then weeks after to get a remedical. Not sure if all members got an application status change before getting a remedical response. But if you can probably get a better estimate if you sift through past responses in this thread and https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/copr-and-coronavirus.681880/

I will tell you what I did,
Compose a new mail and Copy the templete they gave and paste it in the new mail. Start editing the message to suit your family composition. If it's just you, change the we to I or use we if you have dependants. Fill in the missing informations, some informations have been filled for you like your application number so you don't have to fill that space. Also they gave an email address to send the reply to (mind you, don't click reply to the email) copy that email address and past it in the space for reply to.
