Hi @legalfalcon ,

ITA - 25th Nov 2020
AOR- 28th Jan 2021
Biometric- Feb 2021
MEP- 24th Feb 2021

No update what’s so ever on the profile!

@legalfalcon just had a question on the below:

Primary applicant:
All good and clear profile

Spouse applicant:
Clear profile, but just during recent browsing I found out that we had to mention about (visa refusal) US tourist visa refusal 9.5 years back & my student visa refusal for UK in 2006 which I finally got and lived in Uk for 7 years.
But while reading the question I got confused and mentioned ‘NO’ on one of the statutory question. Now we are worried about what can happen next. It’s already been 8.5 months we have submitted the documents/profile/ITA. Can you please advise if we should inform IRCC now about our mistake. But I have no documentation about my visa refusal and no confirmed dates either from the past. We also haven’t applied for GCMS notes yet.
please advise further

If you have had any visa refusal, you have to inform IRCC. If you did not do it earlier, you can do it now. I have explained the law in details in my posts. Since I am not privy to your documents or application, I can't comment more.

Hi @legalfalcon ,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I guess we need to inform them via Webform? If yes, one of the question in the web form needs to answer is which is your VO? Which we don’t know, any way to find that out ?
Also is there any format to reply in the webform? Informing them late will it be classified as misinterpretation in any case ?

If you applied online, you can leave it blank. There is no specific format for sending a web form.

@legalfalcon My AOR is Jan 2021. My spouse's passport will expire in a few months and she will require a new one if we ever get COPR and need a visa. My question is, should we wait for IRCC to ask for a new passport or should we get a new passport right now and inform IRCC?

You should get the PP renewed and send a scanned copy of the bio pages via web form. If you wait for IRCC to contact you, it will just delay the processing as you will first receive a request, then it will take time for you to obtain a renewed PP, and then IRCC will take its good time to process and add it.

Instead, if your PP is expiring in the next 6 months, get a new one and inform IRCC.

I think this depends on VO sometimes. My signature for example

Wow, my progress is as same as yours except I entered the pool after your turn and my CRS is 471. I believe we can discuss further on how difference in our GCMS Notes, haha.

Also, I am still wondering why the Criminality has not been started even the Case Processing Agent did check all PCC with NRT results mentioned. Even Info Sharing is complete.

Any thoughts or insights? @anon247

I figure it’s wherever the agent/reviewer stopped when they told them to stop working on our files

Oh. Does your note have the review from the officer? Mine is just from Program Assistant and Case Processing Agent. The latest updated date in Note 1 shown is 05 May 2021 with PreVU Verified.

Hi,
I recently received my GCMS and below is the status. (PNP-FSW Outland applicant, AOR 12Jan2021).
Any assumptions by when Outland applicants can expect to get the COPR. I read somewhere here to not expect anything before spring of 2022 - is that the general feeling?

Eligibility - Passed
Security - Not Started
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
