My dependent got BIL for SOWP application and spouse biometric was done on 19 July 2021. Biometric updated on both application( CEC + SOWP).

I am hopeful. Mostly cases reflects Ottawa VO is instructed specifically to hold PPR for dependents. May be because of flight ban. Thing is after this only Outland PR cases are left and I am not ready to accept that they will hold us until last with them.

Please I need help understanding what IRCC is doing. My friends that applied for their spouse through other means, their spouse got approved and visa stamped. But I am still waiting for PPR for my spouse since May and I got my ecopr. And we are all from the same country. AOR August 4, 2020. Why is CIC give visitors visa, and PPR to some people and not doing the same for others?

Portal and PPR for spouse received on Sept 20th.
I have an issue now. I came to India recently for my vacation and planning to go back to Canada on or before Oct 20th. But since I am an inland application they expect me to be in Canada for my PR portal confirmation to process through. I discussed with the IRCC agent and they confirmed that they can transfer the file to the local commission. Is it advisable to have it transferred to local mission and have it received a Ready for visa letter or should i travel back to Canada to have everything processed through as soon as possible.
Also, what are the next steps for my spouse. Can my spouse reach canada with the Primary applicant just having the e-copr or should the primary applicant also need to have a PR card before the dependent can reach Canada. Please advice, Apologies, if this was already answered, I am new to this forum.

Hello. I am a CEC applicant and got my portal mail. However I am overseas now, so ircc switched my status to ready for visa stage and transferred my case to Ottawa. They do not send back passports overseas so I need my visa to be processed in my country now. I informed my current status through web form but I really feel that I need to mail this to Ottawa too. Do you guys know the official e-mail address of Ottawa Visa Processing Center?
My dependent is not from India and there is no ban. However, still no PPR.
this scares me. Then they are linking us with outland PR applicants who have never been to Canada. WTF. Until what point they are thinking to hold our files. FRAUDS.
