I got one email its about new case created under your email portal . Thats show you have to login within your current login credential . Is it same ? Kind of email or they send from the PR NEw credential ?

I got my PR portal confirmation today. I sent immediately the information requested .

I have 3 dependents. Questions:

1- should I submit the photo for each of them?
2- Do I need professional photos? Or just a photo from my IPhone would be enough ?

Hi All,

I am the principal applicant with 3 dependents : Wife and two kids. I got eCOPR for my wife, my son and myself. I have not received yet the eCOPR for my daughter - She is a minor, 15 years old.

Is anyone with the same situation than me? Any idea what phone number I can call to request details about this issue ?

I called to IRCC… I have tried since a Friday and finally got lucky today. They told me it is a technical issue with the portal because the eCOPR for my daughter is already approved. Then, the representative told me to email to the Portal Client email ( same one of the original PR confirmation portal request) and explain them that I had already spoken with a representative from IRCC who confirmed the eCOPR is already approved and request to
Issue the eCOPR in the portal. I sent the email few hours ago.

When I click in decision made no update

Did you called IRCC ? What was their response ? I am also struggling to get mine from last 15 days. All my dependents have their COPRs except me who is Principal applicant.

Just wondering was it case that you had one portal and your dependents received their eCOPR you didn't?

BTW hope it is resolved by now

Wow, congrats!! We got our first e-mail on the same day, but unfortunately I still haven't gotten my second e-mail yet...
