Cancelled application

I think you didn’t submit your degree that is why it was cancelled what all documents did you submit
They would want a scanned copy of my degree? Would I now have to start a completely new application or is there a way to get them to undo the cancellation?
Yes degree and transcripts you would definitely receive in the upcoming draw don’t worry

you say you did express entry profile and received a letter that your application is cancelled, I assume you filed an EE application and that’s rejected being incomplete. If that’s the case, you’ll get your fee refunded in your Acc.
You need to create a new EE profile, get an ITA and apply again.
For Canadian edu you need to submit transcripts, degree, completion/graduation letter. I’d suggest you go through your whole application and docs thoroughly as it’s not necessary that there’s only one mistake. There maybe other errors that will need rectified
