Said a PNP draw could hold today but that in 2 weeks time (Sept 15) he believes that they would start conducting all program draws if the border opens.
This has been my prediction since late July

They’ve literally tied processing of outland applications to lifting of travel restrictions; so it’s safe to assume that they put FSW draws in the same blanket, even though it doesn’t really make any sense

thats what I felt listening to Mark Holthe. IRCC probably wants to see border opened with least restrictions and they are not going back.
Last year they expected things to clear up after Canada's second wave. But it only got worse.
More hopeful now we can see some change on Post Sep7.

Of all Consultants I feel Mark would have more inside information because he’s part of a decision making committee relating to immigration. But at the moment, he doesn’t seem to know more than us with regards to draws and processing

Pretty sure the traditional FSWs will be back. It's only a matter of time. Until then, let's have some fun. Let's make a prediction about when the next draw will happen. Whoever makes the right prediction will be the MVP of this thread. There can be joint MVPs.

My prediction is, IRCC will start issuing PPRs to FSW-Os towards the end of August. The first draw will happen on 8 December.
