I asked Niagara and they said no. Hope they didnt screw up.
i just wanna ask if in Canada Post website or app says Richmond, BC when it is delivered already your application ?

well done. If the officer wrote something as a refusal reason, we just have to address it in the next application without thinking whether it is important/fair or no. Like when my partner's HC was refused, officer wrote that his support letters did not matter because they are from people "new to Canada". In fact, his references were mostly PR and Citizens, but they were not born here.
So in his next application, we only added letters from "white" Canadians with Anglo-saxon and French names. This time it worked.
Guys I received the below email this morning from Niagara fall after sending them mail asking for the status of my application:

Thank you for your e-mail. Please note that I have now moved the file to an officer for final review.
We will be in touch should we require anything further.

oh my God my friends application was sent to Richmond, BC. It says in website and app Delivered to RICHMOND, BC
That’s great that they responded to you! Do you have lawyer? Who has sent the previous email asking about your status?
My lawyer sent a couple emails in June and he told me about he has not got respond
@Ayanna @Katayoon or someone else, May I send an email asking about my status? I’m worried about weeks are coming, it’s been 2.5 months since we sent all the AIP request.

congrats! We go this email 3 weeks ago and still no news. Usually COPR arrived next day after such email but now everything is so slow... please keep us posted.
