My friend details:

May 29, 2021 [filed SDS] Bio-meds done - eligibility yet to start
Nearing 3months* Sept 2021 intake [conestoga]
3 months is crazy. I have seen in some youtube vlogs where people are suggesting they might be purposefully delaying PPRs so that they dont get too many possible covid cases coming into the country in short time.

Then why are they giving decisions in 5-10 days for recently lodged files and the one who filed 4 months ago are still waiting!!
I don't get it man, totally insane!

I agree, its insane. Hopefully they will process ours soon. The ppr delaying on purpose is not a validated and we can never validate it! It all started with second wave in India and everything got stuck. But are you sure they area processing SDS faster now?

Don't know, can't predict anything anymore.
But yes i have seen many applications applied in august are getting decision faster including those recently done their biometrics.
It's like they just forget old applications and only considering recent files.
Unfair :(

Yes, I have seen cases where people who applied in August are receiving results. One person applied on 4th Aug and got PPR on 17th Aug.

I am always curios to know the details. Like what is the age, career stage and other details. Devil is in the details. But that is fast approval! :)

Yes, Actually profile matters and each file is different. Not sure about the details, might be a fresh pass out from college.

Mine is almost the same as you (check signature). No new movements.

raising webform is a good idea or do we just wait?
Its been 2 months, not that long but BVL is not updated, that is the pain point. I have read in this forum where they mentioned that usually decision comes along with BVL. Almost together, so wait little longer and then raise webform.

It's the system that triage the files and allocates it automatically to V.O's that leads to quick processing for lucky ones...

My friend [not knowing which vo] sent Web-form to delhi. Some 'BONE-HEAD' sends out standard reply * I guess that was his last day as a human

Another web form sent to ottawa - gone in air - yet to receive response...

Although SDS should be processed in ottawa - mystery continues....
