yes because he re entered Canada before his study permit expired and also sent an application before it expired. If something was not ok they would have denied him the entry at the airport.
Thanks , good to know that.. just a last query…. It was ok for him to study in that time right‍?

I stopped collecting data after I got approved, and I genuinely believe the processing time will be fluctuating/changing quite a lot in the future now that the spring graduation peak has passed, so the model and trend may not by very accurate by then. Nevertheless I think we can still say that it is normal to wait for as long as 80 days for PGWP applications submitted anytime this year.

PGWP Inland applied May 18, eligibility review started Aug 6 afternoon. As now Aug 9, no decision is made yet. Anyone has the same situation that review has started but no decision?

I see. No worries then. Why do you think the peak has passed? Wouldn't the peak be May 15-30th?

Me too, applied May 18 and eligibility review started Aug 6 as well. Waiting for final decision.
