Yes, I am constantly having troubles. Just keep trying... personally I copied the link address of the page which opens when you click the "log in" button and I kept pasting it and trying until I got through.
Aren't people who are in the US getting PPR? I thought you guys were exempt wtf
No, that is just a random rumor spread by people which are upset because they are not getting PPR.
US is no different from any other country when it comes to that, we are all stuck as FSW. My signature is actually still accurate...
Exempt yeah, getting PPR? Not really. I wish they would start gettnig those PPRs out already and strictly clearing backlog on a firs in first out basis
People for US are no more exempt that anyone else. There was a period of time in which non-expired CoPR from US could land, other could not, but now anyone with a non-expired CoPR can land.

I have a quick queries. Please Help.
1. I have received the Passport Submission Letter. However, in India since in person passport submission is not working, we need to fill webform for pickup of passports. I tried filling the Webform but its asks to fill both First name and Last name. But i have First name only in my passport. I am not able to connect them on call to clarify. If I fill my first name in both columns, will that be fine?
2. They say to write height and eye colour of each applicant. Should i write on plain paper and send in the package?
3. Will one package suffice for all family members and applicants?
Please suggest.

Congratulation. Could u please share your timeline, also are you a CEC or FSW-O
Thank you. I am FSW-O. We got our PR visa in 2019 which expired in 2020 due to Covid-19 and our inability to move. We filled the webform in March 2021. Got a request for re-medicals in April. Got it extended and then undergone medicals in July. And now this passport submission request is there on 28 july. But not able to fill webform. The passport must be submitted within 30 days.
