They do, Cbsa has a lot of powers, it happened to my friend, his passport was 3 years expired , they still deport him.
Yes , if they are processing security check, that means you have already passed medical,but u can still give them a call to confirm.
Yes I am Outland, but my partner is inland. I dont need arc, mine is voluntary departure, they told me I dont need authorization to return.
Canada has agreements with many countries especially with countries where they provide financial support. This is not unusual and happens with many countries. Countries can provide single entry travel documents.

Anyway, my lawyer has sent 2 emails and another at the end of the week.
My only problem is about my wife got EE invitation at the end of May, we did Medical Exam then, only 5 mins before I submit EE application and pay 2,650$ I got AIP!!!! So when they requested the Medicals I had them already so I couldn’t do them with their form that brings an IME number.
My lawyer has mentioned this & medical clinic has sent an email to them. Medical clinic says that they must work. Just waiting that approval!

I got an email they need my biometrics and its says final notice. but I did biometrics last February 2020 after I submitted my application they send me biometrics letter. Then I went to rcmp that's what my friend thought me doing fingerprints and pictures then rcmp said they are the one to send it where my application is. But it was wrong I am confused when I got an email to do biometrics then I told to my friends and then google it where I can do a biometrics in my city it's in service canada. Going there and do the biometrics. How long they will receive my biometrics? Is there any problem with that.I check my application online still no biometrics coming out
