Hi, sorry to hear about your refusals.

SOP is 11 pages long and contains highly personal info. Hope you understand,
I can sort you with the person who did my entire thing. (NOT PROMOTING)
Hi Rahul,
In your CA report, what all did you mention? (Not asking the amount but properties etc? In your name or your parents?)

Thanks! I got almost a similar one except didn’t add my spouse’s monthly income but employment letter has that so I guess that will work.

My biometrics were updated within 2-3 days whereas for other applicants it took more than that.
Everything is random. Good luck.

Thank you man. A CA certificate is a certificate issued by a professional Chartered Accountant. This certificate lists the assets such as

1 - Land/Residential Property
2 - Bank Account Savings or FD
3 - Pension Funds
you have in your home country.

This must be either in your name or the person who will be sponsoring your education and living expenses in Canada.

Purpose and advantages of attaching CA Certificate -

1) To demonstrate ties to home country.
2) To demonstrate financial stability.

The Chartered Accountant I took services from charged me - 3000 Indian Ruppees or $ 50 CAD.
Hi, I just wanted to ask you. Was this CA Certificate provided in your home country by the Chartered Accountant? How do I go about getting this?

CA Certificate was provided in my home country by a professional Chartered Accountant.

You can ask any professional CA to prepare one for you. Kindly ensure the CA is from your home country or where these assets are situated.

If you are from India, ideally they must charge approximately ₹1500 to ₹2000.

Thank you. Can all the Assets listed be from my Aunt and Mother? Would that be acceptable? Also, for the Sponsorship affidavit, can it be my mother and aunt as well?

In an ideal case, assets must be listed in the name of person/s who will be sponsoring your education & or living expenses.

In my case, my educational and living expenses are sponsored by my father, hence, all the assets were listed under his name.

Thank you. Just so I'm clear with the sample that you provided. What is the difference between the CA Certificate, and a Sponsorship Affidavit?
