Hello @legalfalcon and others please have a look at the officer's comment in my notes with the link
https://ibb.co/kB5xPGs

From my understanding, security is part of admissibility together with criminality and medicals. According to the notes, admissibility - search complete: no concern.
1. Can I assume my security is passed even though it's not mentioned in the officer's comment (or looks redacted)? A couple of pages are also redacted in the notes.
2. If my security is passed, can I also assume my eligibility is conclusively passed even though it's not mentioned in the officer's comment?

Assessment page 2
Eligibility - passed
Security -
Criminality - passed
Medical - passed (valid till feb, 2022)

AOR, FEB 2020
Looks good. You're clearly getting PPR any moment, or as soon as they completely lift the travel restrictions.
Was this a recent note? When did you get request it?

My daughter will be one month on saturday, I have some questions. 1.when is it best to add her to my profile? 2. She has American passport, I’m yet to get Nigerian passport because there’s no booklet. Should I upload her American passport or wait till I get her Nigerian passport?
3. Is it only her passport I will upload? No letter of explanation or any other thing?
I will really appreciate a response. Thank you

Congratulations, everything is passed. FINDEC means Final Decision and that's going to be done once they resume processing according to the officer's notes. PPR is imminent. Congrats again.

You should upload her yankee passport. A US citizen doesn't need a visa to enter Canada and since that's the case, they might not request for the Nigerian passport and even if they do later on, you won't need to submit it for visa issuance once you receive PPR. She would be issued a COPR though, and she will be able to fly with you to Canada from Nigeria with her US passport and the COPR. If you have challenges with airlines when you're ready to travel, you may consider booking a flight that will have a layover in the US.

If an officer still requires that you submit her Nigerian passport after submitting the US passport, you will upload it then but I highly doubt that so there's no need to wait on this "no-booklet" horseshit.

No need to explain anything as well. They just need a valid passport to proof citizenship, doesn't matter if you've got dual. Just submit a valid passport.

Yes, it's a recent note. Ordered it 24 May. Received it 24 June. I hope PPR comes sooner than later.

Congrats on your passed eligibility too. Mine has been passed since May 2020. My security is blank. I'm hoping it's passed too.
Hopefully we get PPR soon.

The link I posted is actually my note 2. Created August 24, 2020.
My note 1 was created in January 28, 2021.
It was basically a reply to my web form which I also got via Email on the same day, January 28, 2021. Note 1 was a copy and past of the email.

Note 1 says: Currently, your file is: under review. No further action is required on your part at this time. Then somethings about covid19 delays.

I'm hoping that by under review they mean a final decision which Note 2 referred to.

Quick question, Mike: Did you request BASIC GCMS or ADVANCED GCMS? I want to request another GCMS. The first time, I requested basic GCMS. Now I'm wondering if it's why I had so many redacted officer's notes.

No, it's not the reason. IRCC has the right to redact any information that they don't want to share - usually related to Security and/or Info Sharing. They do this to protect their partners involved in processing these things.

Advanced GCMS is going to include the documents you submitted; that's the difference between basic and advanced.
