Hello! Did someone receive a useful response at his webform? I mean did they specify the status of background checks? I raised the 5th webform in 3 months an every time they conformed that my application is in progress even if I clearly asked about the Eligibility, Criminality and Security status. I don't know what else to try, CBSA extended the processing time (received the email) and webform is useless for this requests. Did someone have a specific text message sent which work? From 6 webforms sent they asked me only for the 1st one, for the rest of them they only confirmed that the application is in progress.

I just received the PR confirmation portal email today and has responded. Now waiting for the login credentials.

@legalfalcon I am seeking your advice, Would it be a good idea to switch the job while waiting for confirmation portal login and PR Card? I am currently in employer specific work permit and claimed 50 points for arranged job offer. As I haven't got the eCOPR yet not sure if the immigration officers will validate the job offer.
1) Should I wait until I get the eCOPR to switch the job or is it safe to change the employer now.
2) Also I have applied for BOWP, and havent received it. Can I go ahead and safely withdraw the application by filling a webform?

wait until your eCOPR for both actions, as nothing is confirmed until you have your ecopr doc.
2. similarly, keep the BOWP app until eCOPR. if you withdraw it, and your eCOPR has not been issued (and your work permit expires), you'd be out of status

its usually hit or miss. have you seen difference in wording (e.g., your criminality is in progress vs your criminality is valid). usually that change in wording indicates pass.

Thank you! my current work permit is valid till September, so hoping to receive eCOPR before that.
But I agree with your point to wait untill eCOPR.

You can use the app Textnow to call. Make sure you choose a Canadian number during the profile setup. All the best.

its usually hit or miss. have you seen difference in wording (e.g., your criminality is in progress vs your criminality is valid). usually that change in wording indicates pass.

1st time in March the criminality was valid and the rest of them not started, since then the only response received was that they confirm that my application is in progress and because of Covid I can expect delays in processing (the generic message that they send to everyone: "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process." )

You may call IRCC exactly at 8 am eastern time I.e. 5:30 PM India time.

You will certainly be able to get through to an agent.

I don't mean the rounds of invitations buddy. I mean the processing times for applications already submitted. Website still shows that they are working with full capacity for CEC applications but with limited capacity for all other applications.
