I’m not sure, but I had called and asked where my file is and this is what they told me that it’s at OSC/CSO which is at that particular address. So I guess it’s the same as VLU but I’m not so sure
I have been doing something like this - sending reminder-like emails with same attachments and details as those submitted via the portal, and I ve been tempted to think that it might be counter-productive after all. Hi everyone! This forum has been very comforting to me and at times made me anxious. But, I would just like to share my timeline and a series of efforts I have made since waiting for eCOPR.
I’ve received my eCOPR at 11:12 AM Vancouver time.
AOR- January 19,2021
1st email- May24,2021(Victoria day)
2nd email- May 27,2021 photo and declaration were updated at this time as well.
ECOPR-22 June ,2021 (11:12AM pacific time )
Visa Office-OSC.
No. of days to eCOPR- 26 days
Efforts- I have sent multiple emails confirming I am in Canada and also attached my photo, I have also left two web forms.
Additionally, I have called twice and same bla bla bla. Then finally, I took my photos again and sent them in the mail with a short letter addressed to the visa office about how long I have submitted my application. This letter was delivered today and soon after is when I received the eCOPR email.
What I summized from my situation is don’t sit and wait on these people to process your application; try and go above and beyond for yourself in any way you can , because I think all these officers are mostly burnt out and there is possibly a lot of human errors and inefficiency that are influencing these delays.
Therefore, I encourage you to help them help you. I am not sure what worked for me but I guess it was me mailing them my photos and a letter.
Also, thank you all for helping me cope with the waiting.
Nonetheless, keep strong my friends and PR will be coming sooner than you think.

Hi guys, I received my eCOPR through the portal today. There is a mistake in my original entry date. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I prefer not to tell them to get my card faster... Cause this may cause more delay. My AOR is July 12,2020. I received the initial email 10 days ago and uploaded the photo on Friday

I know waiting sucks but this thing about sending letters and photos via mail , and sending them multiple emails, I don’t feel it’s right , you never know who receives your email they might delay the whole thing just to spite you, anyway it’s just my opinion anyone can do what they feel works for them ,,,,I know the whole system is flawed and no order is being followed but please be PATIENT ….All the Best
Finally got the copr today. First email on May 28, credentials on June 4.

Yes my first email was from VLU OSC.
I did send them multiple emails but I don’t think it does any impact. They are pretty stubborn and do not act on emails. I waited 15 plus months.. Aor Mar 12, 2020. Hope you get it soon.
