I have received an email asking for an address update - 06-March-2021 (Replied on the same day) and nothing heard from them yet.

Actually, in my portal, they requested for additional document (which was an address update ) and I have updated it the same day.

Mine is as follows:
1. Received email asking for information - 20th May (Replied on the same day)
2. Received log in details for the portal - 21st May
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal - 21st May
4. ECOPR received, Address and photo approved in the portal - 25th May
5. VO - Etobicoke
6. Still waiting for my PR card.

Does anyone receive theirs?

From what I understand, we are supposed to be able to download an electronic COPR in the portal + and get the PR card in the mail.

I still did not receive my COPR........ It's been 21 days since photo submission in the portal. What should I do? Is it normal? Thank you

I submitted everything on May 10th... Still waiting for eCOPR or anything from them... All i see is In review with IRCC.. VO is Etobicoke.. I guess these guys are delaying the most.

You cant really say anything... Visa Offices have no fixed pattern to pick up files... Its crazy.. people who got their first email on May 31st have received their PR cards in mails... I saw few cases.... Insane... All the best to you! I am waiting on eCOPR... Submitted everything on May 10th.

One of my friends received eCOPR in 2.5 months.!! He got the first email Jun 10th, got PR portal credentials on the same day within 2 hours, uploaded his picture and updated address in the portal, next day boom... eCOPR available to download..!! So really can't track how the processing is done.
