I had sent them an email a while ago and they just replied with the generic response of the delay is due to Covid.

Did you submit a webform or contacted them directly via email? which email address did you use?
I asked my MP as well and he got the same response that BG check has not been started yet...

I emailed them not webform. I used the following emails:

ANKRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca,
ankara-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca,
ankra@international.gc.ca

Congratulation! yes you need to provide them updated: IMM 5768 E : Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship. They want to check if you still meet the Income eligibility to sponsor your parents.
Can they ask for this letter to prover the income requirement after 2019 to?

I was of the understanding that the income eligibility was 3 years preceding 2019 (2016,2017,2018) ? No?

They can ask for this document anytime during the process even after getting Sponsorship approval or just before PA getting PPR. At that time they will be checking the 3 years preceding the time of the request made for this document which can be 2020, 2019, (inclusive 2018, 2017, 2016) considering the request made today.

"You are required to maintain income that meets the MNI value for your family size on the day you sign and submit the application until the application has been processed and your family member has become a Canadian permanent resident. It is important to ensure that you continue to meet this requirement as financial ability to support your relative can be reassessed at any time during the application process. If your income falls below the MNI, your application could be refused." Source: https://immigrating-to-canada.com/sponsor/family-member-sponsorship/super-visa-sponsorships/

Did the clinic upload ME results right away?

My mom's ME was done on Apr 29th, and the lazy clerk uploaded the results on May 11. It has now passed the deadline that CIC gave to my mom but we still couldn't see ME results being received by CPC-M.

Hi, in mycic account, "Background Check" says, "Not Applicable", whereas additional docs, PCC have been sent and medical also passed. Any idea what that might mean and how long would it take from here onwards to COPR/PPR. Visa office is London.
which country your parent living in ?

Based on what I am reading it is different by local visa office. I am waiting to see for London office medical review status there seem to be backlog. Some got response as soon as three weeks and some took three months. Hope you all hear a positive response soon
