Unfortunately no.

Thank you!Look at the checklist requirements, some police reports expire after 6 months. Whatever is in the checklist has to be provided unless there is a good reason that you can't, if you can't you should provide a detailed explanation why. Not providing required docs without an explanation can get your app returned as being incomplete.
Call IRCC and check if they have received it or not. Also, if you have access to your GCKey, you can upload the Medical receipt there as well. just click on the "View submitted application or upload documents" on your application page.Good evening

Can we upload the medical recept since on my account I only have a spot to upload my PPC, nothing else? How could i proceed to do that? TThanks
If you don't see a place on GCkey then you can use a web form.
Can I put it in the PCC's place?

Anyone has a progress bar ? Some don't have it, but others have it. How is it possible ?
I don’t. If your application exceeds the 12-month limit processing time they’ll likely take it away.Anyone has a progress bar ? Some don't have it, but others have it. How is it possible ?
I am wondering, if I know that IRCC will request a PCC of a specific country that is really hard to get, so I request that PCC -even before IRCC asks for it- but its validity -according to the local law- is only 3 months (and it takes 6 months to get it), is it still valid for IRCC ? In other words, how to conciliate between the short validity of the PCC -according to the local law- and the required time to get it with the deadline of IRCC (usually 60 or 90 days) ?
I hope I am clear.
