@seadrag0n I can see the notification of an incomplete application on 13th April which says

If your application is deemed incomplete, you will need to receive a new invitation to apply or notification of interest before submitting a new application.

The OINP expects this change to result in higher quality applications and improved processing times for all streams.

But on which date is the updated notification which says the same EE profile will not receive NOI more than once? Waiting for your confirmation
Not sure, maybe it's April 13th since this is the day the update was posted and they maybe they consider all submitted applications even before this date under the new change. You missed the most basic requirement, now all you can do is create a new profile and wait for another draw. Missed a golden chance IMO since FSW draws are not happening.

Can anyone confirm if a new express entry profile is required to be created? 13th April Notification by Ontario says "If your application is deemed incomplete, you will need to receive a new invitation to apply or notification of interest before submitting a new application."

Yes, I have seen many times, if another draw happens, you will not receive NOI in same the profile. It's just how Express Entry online system works.

@AmirHNK can you please help me if NOC 2171 or NOC 2174 can be assigned to the work experience had prior to bachelors degree, i mean even before receiving a degree? because NOC employment's requirements of both 2172 and 2174 states that it requires a bachelors degree.

@rajkamalmohanram I am from India, can you please help me with your inputs on choosing NOC 2174 for the work experience I had which i started right after my final year exams and after 2months I had received my degree of bachelors. My concern is Noc 2174 states that it needs a bachelors degree in the employment requirements' so is it a mandatory that we should have one before selecting that NOC 2174 for my work exp.

The employment requirements listed under the NOC doesn't apply for foreign work experience AFAIK. It applies to experience gained in Canada.

So, you're in the green.

@rajkamalmohanram thanks much for your reply and I am trying for FSW program under EE, please help me with your valuable inputs on the below queries around work :

related to work experience:
1. I do not have an offer letter for my first job but I have a work exp letter and they are ready to provide reference letter post ITA. Rest of all my jobs have offerletter, exp letter, and I can take reference letters also. For filing the EE profile will this cause any issue anywhere in the process?

2. So many threads on the verification of work experience and if i understand correctly, verification is solely based on the reference letters that employers provide and as well as online or call verification(sometimes in person) right?

3. my first job's salary was paid in cash and there is no bank statements i can show in the process, so I cannot show salary slips from my first job, is there any point in process that checks my entire bank statements history for this and cause any issue?

I kindly request you to throw some light on my questions, thanks in advance!

No. You will NOT be submitting any documents when creating your Express Entry profile. EE profile is only an Expression of Interest. Documents are not needed until you get an ITA (Invitation to Apply) or submitting a provincial nominee application (like OINP).

2. So many threads on the verification of work experience and if i understand correctly, verification is solely based on the reference letters that employers provide and as well as online or call verification(sometimes in person) right?

I personally have not seen any EE applicant being verified in person by IRCC. They might call your employer but AFAIK, that is kind of rare as well.

3. my first job's salary was paid in cash and there is no bank statements i can show in the process, so I cannot show salary slips from my first job, is there any point in process that checks my entire bank statements history for this and cause any issue?

If possible, get it in written from the employer (may be in the reference letter) that you were paid in cash. When it is time to submit documentation (either for your nomination application or for your eAPR), you can submit the reference letter and a letter of explanation explaining your situation. You can attach bank statements to show first 3 and last 3 salary deposits if you see the need. Someone who was in this situation can guide you better.

I kindly request you to throw some light on my questions, thanks in advance!

Hello All, I got my AOR on the 1st of May. I, along with my spouse & child gave upfront medicals in Jan 2021.

We’re under the OINP Express Entry online category.

So far, I’ve not received the biometric request letter & it is ruffling my feathers a bit.

1. Any ideas when we should be expecting it?

2. Anyone know how long the COPR takes with a case like ours PNP EE ?

3. Are outland PNPs allowed to land or will they be allowed to land in Canada anytime in autumn/winter 2021

thanks

Hi everyone,

I just got my ONIP approval couple of hours ago. Do I need to update my EE profile independently or the system will automatically increase my CRS. I noticed my CRS hasn't changed to reflect PNP yet. Please advise as I don't want to be missed out on today PNP draw.

Thanks
Hi, after adding 600 points if there is a draw on the same day will we get the ITA.

How can we check the cut off time?
For today's draw the cut off time was 13:16:30 UTC. You can check it in the official communication by ircc.

Provincial Nominee Program

Number of invitations issued:
940Footnote*

Rank required to be invited to apply: 940th or above

Date and time of round: June 09, 2021 at 13:16:30 UTC

CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 711

Tie-breaking rule: February 16, 2021 at 09:06:30 UTC

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
