I hope you will understand guys, if inland applicants are receiving their updates now. It’s not because of priority, but maybe they completed their 2 years experience (if since 2019). By default, with or without policy, it is their right to get PR by now.

I received the eligibility letter in Feb 2020, but the status is in ‘progress again’. The agent told me it’ll remain the same till the final decision is made.

Someone I know got her open work permit today. HCCP december 2019 inside Canada applicant with 24 months experience. So I’m not sure if it’s a good news for most of us who don’t have experience yet. But at least, ircc is back to work.
I will keep on waiting for my turn, so while waiting, let me scrub my employer’s toilet bowl. Hahaha! I’m a professional nanny and cleaner, and I am proud of it. I’m looking forward to work as a nurse again.

Usually only for 1 year. My cousin got her work permit valid for one year only. Because they won’t need it by next year or once they got their PR. They only give 3 years work permit validity for someone who has no experience yet.

I think, they are giving priority to inside applicant, 1500 cap for those not for us..

Yes, i’ve heard few applicants who are getting updates now (facebook group page), and ALL OF THEM have experience already or inside Canada. But 1500 is ONLY for first-stage applicants, it means for people who don’t have experience yet.

But I didn’t hear anything from outside applicant, I m also September 2019 outside applicant , no update after AOR in November 2019.. stupid program..not fair
